Remember to Update Your 2017 Labor Law Posters

The North America Procurement Council would like to remind you that for 2017, 21 states and the District of Columbia raised their minimum wage rates. This brings more than half of U.S. states above the federal minimum. 

A number of  states have also made additional changes to other mandatory workplace notices concerning unemployment, workers' compensation and family and medical leave.

This means that new posters must be displayed. So far, the following states have mandatory posting changes, and/or rate increases in effect for 2017:

To obtain the necessary posters check with your state government at the link above (subject to change) and the federal Dept. of Labor. You don't have to buy posters from a third party.
